The Relevance of Art disciplines to the 21st century leadership and society

The prejudice that permeates most art-related disciplines is no longer breaking news. starting with the family, which is the foundational unit of society. Parents are adamant about encouraging their children to enroll in non-art courses because they believe nothing positive can ever result from them, or perhaps because they believe there are no professionals of any kind to be found there.

Art is all we do in its whole, including the way we live, move, and exist. It is simple to downplay the value of the arts in a world where everyone is obsessed with technology, yet even in these seemingly unrelated fields, the arts nonetheless play a crucial role that cannot be overstated. unlike every other field, art is the mother of all disciplines.

Let's examine the historical discipline, which spans several disciplines, because it is the queen of them all. Like a lens, history provides the ideal perspective into the past to obfuscate the present and the future. Man's capacity to comprehend his surroundings. Without knowledge of how things have been done since the beginning of time, it is impossible to imagine the present. They are the guardians of traditions, and not just any traditions, but traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation. The world is ruled by historians because people who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it. Historians operate as a guide for modern activities, making necessary adjustments to prevent repetition and building a flawless future.

Now let's go to the intriguing and mental discipline of philosophy beneath the umbrella of art. These people have the entire world at their feet because they cherish knowledge. By upending the social status quo of falsehood, they aim to establish the truth. Since truth is the only thing that evolves, rational thought is the norm for all philosophers, who serve as watchdogs to other sciences. Even in the past, philosophers have been crucial tools for society. During the French Revolution, Voltaire, J.J. Rousseau, and others. A particular emphasis on Rousseau's contribution. Rousseau made a significant contribution through his book "Contract Theory," which became a touchstone for philosophers in the future and made their relevance to society inevitable in resolving some societal upheavals.

So, how do you communicate so well in a world where English is the lingua franca of half the world's population? Essentially, the world revolves around writers because they have the ability to create and destroy it at their fingertips. As the saying goes, the pen is mightier than the sword. Looking back in history, Vlaitare's literary skills critiqued the prevailing injustice and inequalities in France, and even today, the pen retains power. Even in the technology industry, writers are needed to translate technical terms for laymen to understand. We can't help but think about how important writers are.

What is art then, without a discussion of what it truly entails? Music, theater arts, and creative art are the fundamental disciplines. Music is the language of emotions, and it has been used to correct, persuade, and confuse public opinion through various genres. What music cannot do to any one mindset literary does not exist. It has been used in the past to correct certain societal vices, as well as a tool in political propaganda and campaigns. Are we to imagine a world without a splash of art, an era without painting and sculpted sculpture, to convey all that cannot be said, despite the fact that technology has aided the course of Art through NFT, by digitizing art, its roots remain in traditional painting.

The unifying element of all disciplines and a collective memory of society is art. The discipline and everything that falls under its umbrella have helped to depict pivotal moments in society over time, developing present and future leaders, challenging the unsettling status quo, and laying the groundwork for future leaders to follow in order to become not just leaders but practical ones.
